Massachusetts State Science Fair 2002

Alhuda Academy At the Massachusetts State Science Fair 2002

The state of Massachusetts held a statewide science fair competition for middle schools (Six to Eight grades) last Saturday May 18, 2002. Alhuda Academy had six of our students accepted to join the competition. Five of those students attended the competition and they were Abdurrahman Mubuyyid (Gr. 6), Omar Abdelkader (Gr. 6), Amre Khreim (Gr. 7), Tarek Aloch (Gr.7) and Wasim Kayal (Gr. 8). They all worked very hard for their projects, and the school is proud of their performance at the competition.

Alhamdullilah, three of our students were recognized. The awards went to:

Wasim Kayal was awarded the 2nd place position.
Tarek Aloch and Omar Abdel-Kader were awarded Honorable Mentions.
