Join us for our fundraising Iftar. The last touches are being put in place. We anticipate a great event. Your presence and participation will make it outstanding.

Sr. Imane Ramadan, Sr. Mariam Mutib and many more hidden soldiers

Eid vacation:
Eid Mubarak! We hope that you spend great times during the upcoming exciting days. We pray that Allah accepts your acts of worship and blesses your children.

Ramadan Itikaf:
Friday night is Itikaf for fathers and sons. Sunday night is Itikaf for mothers and daughters. Students will enjoy acts of worship as well as physical activities and games. Suhur will be provided. Please attend and invite others to come. Contact Sr. Dunia Ramadan to register @ 978 807 2853, or email dunia@bu.edu so we can be prepared with food and activities.

Congratulations! As prizes, all winners had a choice of 1 gift from the Eid gift table.

Eid Party:
A big Eid celebration is being planned for the first day of school after vacation (Monday, Nov. 7th). Students can dress up for the occasion and bring food and sweets to celebrate in the classroom. We are also planning to have 3 different surprise activities for the different ages.

Sponsoring the Eid Party:
We are looking for 1 or 2 generous parents to sponsor the Eid party. We are anticipating a $500 cost.

Reading is fun!
Elementary Department teachers are working on making reading more exciting for students. They are working on creating a buddy system, authors’ study, reading logs, library visits, inviting authors to school, and other great ideas.

Pen pals
Fourth and fifth graders are starting a pen pal project with students from a Cottage Street School classroom of fifth graders in Sharon.

Snow
It’s coming. We will explain our school cancellation procedure in the next courier, ISA.
