 Science Fair:
Please come and invite others to this wonderful event. Our students have been wearing the scientist hats and digging deep into their focused topics. The school has been buzzing with students performing the experiments, interviewing subjects, or working out the data.
Come to see the result of their hard work and to appreciate the efforts of our teachers.
This event will take place on March 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
We encourage you to stay for Isha’ prayer and dinner provided by Worcester Islamic Center.
  Spelling Bee:
Please notice the following changes in the Spelling Bee dates.
Round 1 is on March 31st. Students will have a classroom Spelling Bee.
Round 2 is on April 11th. Finalists from Round 1 will participate in Alhuda Spelling Bee.
Round 3 is on May 1st. Winners from Round 2 will compete in the New England Spelling Bee against students from other Islamic schools.
We have also started some drills during the morning assembly.

 Fundraising Dinner
You are cordially invited to Alhuda Academy for the Annual Spring Fundraising Dinner. This year, we are bringing you North America’s riveting voice of truth, Imam Siraj Wahhaj, the Imam of Taqwa Mosque, Brooklyn, NY.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Worcester Islamic Center. The evening will include a special program for children including a clown, games, arts and crafts, a movie, and food. Tickets are $50 for family and $30 for individuals.
Call the office for more information or if you can help sell tickets.
Contact PTO if you are able to help.
We are looking for everyone’s support in this event.

  No Dismissal
On Monday, March 31st we are asking all parents to come inside the building to pick up students. Please come in to drop off the re-enrollment form with the deposit, then proceed to pick up your child
  Re-enrollment
Re-enrollment forms are due March 31st. Late re-enrollment will cost an additional $100 fee
  Calendar Notes:

* Half day every first Thursday of the month.
* P. Ed. on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Gym uniform required).
